FINANCE MANAGER

Who we are.

We are Publicis in the West, located in Seattle, Washington. We are an advertising agency that takes risks and has fun producing creative, integrated marketing solutions for brands such as T-Mobile, HP, Washington's Lottery, Coinstar, Surfrider, and KEXP.

We are currently searching for a polished and detail-oriented Finance Manager. The ideal applicant must be proficient in Advanced Excel and have a strong knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Products and accounting software (i.e. PeopleSoft). Knowledge of Prism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of month end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable, billing and collections
• Report and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Assist on internal and client audits as needed
• Assist account teams on tracking client budgets, purchase orders, etc.
• Manage client contracts
• Assist with staffing plans
• Liaise with Corporate, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT and Human Resources departments

Requirements

• Qualified applicants must have 3-5 years financial experience, preferably in Advertising or Public Relations and a BS in Finance with Accounting concentration; CPA Preferred
• Applicants must possess strong attention to detail
• Must excel at Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
